Emily Szamocki

Emily Szamocki is the Development Operations Manager at SaverLife, where she strengthens fundraising systems through data-driven strategy, streamlined operations, and cross-team collaboration. With a background in donor stewardship and CRM management, Emily brings deep experience in aligning fundraising infrastructure with mission-driven impact. Prior to SaverLife, she led development operations and donor engagement initiatives at the Center on Rural Innovation.

Emily’s passion for resourcing human-centered nonprofits began during her year of service as an AmeriCorps VISTA. While supporting a statewide organization working to end housing insecurity, she saw firsthand the power of relationship-building and the potential for systems-level change to drive social good.

She holds a BA in Political Science from Quinnipiac University and is passionate about building effective workflows to secure funding for equitable change. Outside of work, Emily enjoys building LEGO sets, contemplating gardening, and birdwatching with her cat, Franklin.
