Science of Savings Challenge #2

Create a guide or tool that empowers people to reach a $100+ savings goal in 30 days.

Your solutions could immediately help tens of thousands of SaverLife members build their savings—and could result in publicity for you and your work.

Submissions are due November 24. SaverLife will select finalists and deliver these solutions to SaverLife’s members—mostly working mothers earning under $25,000 a year—and measure actual savings rates through their linked bank accounts. The solution(s) that drive the most people to save at least $100 will be the winner(s).

Winners will be featured on SaverLife’s website. You could also receive additional publicity, so your work can help even more people save money.

What can I submit?

Whatever suits your unique perspective and skills—even something you’ve already made. For example:

  • Printables or worksheets

  • Articles or videos

  • Simple websites or web apps

Finalists will be digitally delivered to SaverLife members for free use during the Testing Phase, through an online link.

Submission Guidelines

Your solutions will be delivered to SaverLife members through a link during the Testing Phase, for them to use freely.

This link could lead to a download (e.g., a printable PDF), blog posts, a web app, or whatever tool you’ve built to help users save.

A strong submission will:

  • Encourage savings goals of at least $100

  • Be simple and easy to use

  • Help users navigate barriers to saving
